Hello, My Name Is...
Kimberly Jester

Professional Experience: I have been lucky enough to have been teaching for 29 years. This will be my 30th year as a Douglas County teacher. My undergrad was spent at UNC in Greeley, and my master's degree is from CU...go Buffs! I have been with the Timber Trail family since the school opened 20 years ago. My mother was a teacher, my father was a principal, and my sister is the principal at Wildcat Elementary, so you could say that teaching is definitely in my genes!
Personal: Not only do I work in CPN, that is also where I call home. My husband and I live in Daniel's Gate with our four children. Keely will be heading off to begin her senior year at CU, Tyler will be a junior at CU, Darby a sophomore at KU, and Rylan will be a high school senior. There is A LOT of teenager in my house right now! I love Colorado and feel blessed to live here. I am a Colorado native and proud of it!
In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends. You will often find me outdoors: camping, fly-fishing, playing golf, skiing, or snowshoeing. I spend a lot of time in Steamboat Springs, my home away from home. I love to read and travel... Mexico is my favorite destination!
